Today we tended to our garden and observed how the plants had grown, what had changed, and whether there was any sign of increased animal activity outside. We discovered two things. The first was an ENORMOUS worm! This caused a great deal of excitement and the poor thing was petted by almost every student in the class before being returned to its habitat. Poor worm. The second was that one of our plants is being enjoyed by some sort of insect. The leaves have been greatly munched upon. Unfortunately we couldn't see the actual insect so we'll keep our eyes out and hope to see it - and all its friends!
