Trip to Harbourfront TOMORROW!!

Welcome back!  I hope that the break was restful for everyone.

A friendly reminder that Tuesday is our field trip to Harbourfront Centre.  We will travel by school bus and leave promptly at 9AM after attendance has been taken.  Parent volunteers, please arrive with your children at 8:40AM.  We will be back at school around 2:45PM.

Students need:
- their backpacks
- lunch bag with snacks and lunch
- a water bottle
- comfy clothes to dance in
- a shoe box for their clay sculpture

Our morning will involve an art class.  The afternoon will be a hip hop dance workshop.  The day is guaranteed to be rich in learning and fun!

Homework over March break

The homework over the holidays will be to study the dictée words (the sound being a soft g) and to write me a letter about the break.  Students are familiar with the layout of a letter; my expectations are to see the following:

1) the date
2) a salutation (Chère Madame Paré)
3) a message
4) a second salutation (from, best wishes, etc.)
5) a signature
6) a drawing of something fun from the break

A friendly reminder that our field trip to Harbourfront Centre will be the 2nd day back at school. 

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A SHOE BOX.
